Western Aloha honors legendary textile designer John "Keoni" Meigs in this edition of our vintage collection. On the beaches of Waikiki in the late 1940s and 1950s, guests of the Moana and the Royal Hawaiian were greeted with lei and given passes for surfing lessons from the Beach Boys at the Outrigger Canoe Club. Meigs was almost certainly there too, taking in the scene that inspired this "Surfboard" print. Light and stretchy enough for golf, biking and hiking, and right at home at dinner. In yellow, on a short sleeve camp collar shirt with coconut buttons.

Beautiful design. The shirt material was more silky than soft linen. Good price.
The Hawaiian style shirts were made out of weird synthetic material that just felt odd. All of the shirts that I bought were too small. Similar to Asian sizing rather than normal U. S. sizing. However, Western Aloha made it very easy to return.
The yellow makes everything pop.
