Refund policy

Western Aloha will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for a full refund, or exchange within 45 days of purchase. All goods marked as ‘Final Sale’ will not be eligible for a return. Please note that any original shipping charges are not eligible for refund. Western Aloha will not accept any merchandise from third party retailers. Please allow 1-2 weeks for a refund of your purchase.  Western Aloha does not accept returns on international orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE TIMING

Our warehouse processes returns in the order they are received. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks after the return has been delivered for the return to be processed. Once the return is processed, you will receive an email that your credit card has been refunded or store credit has been added to your Western Aloha account.

For exchanges, please initiate a free return of the unwanted product and then place a new order online for the replacement product.  If you have any questions about initiating an exchange, please email our customer service team at aloha@westernaloha.com for assistance.


CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

Once the return is processed, it can take some credit card companies up to 5–7 business days or longer to process the credit back to your account.
