We want you to be happy with your Western Aloha purchase. If you are at all dissatisfied with our garments, let us know at aloha@westernaloha.com and we will make it right. 

You can start a free return or exchange within 45 days of purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE TIMING

Our warehouse processes returns in the order they are received. Please allow up to 7 business days after the return has been delivered for the return to be processed. Once the return is processed, you will receive an email that your credit card has been refunded or store credit has been added to your Western Aloha account.

For exchanges, please initiate a free return of the unwanted product and then place a new order online for the replacement product.  If you have any questions about initiating an exchange, please email our customer service team at aloha@westernaloha.com for assistance.


CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

Once the return is processed, it can take some credit card companies up to 5–7 business days to process the credit back to your account.
