Hi Donald, thank you for your kind words! We're glad everything went smoothly. We very much appreciate your support!
Great, at first I was unsure if I like the color after the transaction was complete and my order basically was showing shipped. I emailed them that I wanted to cancel. They sent me a return email. When the shirt came, I decided to keep it. But if I decided not to, they were ready to handle a smooth return transaction. Great customer service!
Hi Isaac! We're so glad to hear you had a positive experience with our customer service and that you decided to keep the shirt. Thank you for your kind words and support! If you need anything else, we're here to help.
I asked if they were planning on restocking a sold out item and the customer service rep went out of their way to check the warehouse for any potential remaining stock and found one in my size. They were friendly and professional the whole time. Thanks to Lisa in customer service!

Can’t be any happier with my purchases from Western Aloha. If I’ve ever had an issue, Customer Support almost immediately and proactively resolves it.
The Hawaiian style shirts were made out of weird synthetic material that just felt odd. All of the shirts that I bought were too small. Similar to Asian sizing rather than normal U. S. sizing. However, Western Aloha made it very easy to return.
